Dimensions
The transition is real! We are transitioning from third dimensional reality into fifth dimensional reality.
As we shift into a high dimension we are experiencing recalibration of our mind, bodies
and soul. We are restructuring our cellular make up and raising our frequencies. Have
you been feeling a shift?
We are being guided, as a planet and as individuals, to be protected and healed.
The transition between these dimensions is tricky and very challenging. There is times of
creative energies and times of high, highs and low, lows. We will feel extremely tired,
short or no memory recollection and times of extreme sadness. You may feel as though
you have been extremely conflicted and confused on the next steps as you are getting
pulled in many different directions. Do not worry this is all part of the process.
As our bodies recalibrate we need time to rest, drink plenty of water and to eat well.
When we are moving through these dimensions we will exist in the past, present and
future at the same time seeing as time is quantum. Many things may come up for you
during this time, that is okay allow them to come up, acknowledge it and release it.
We are releasing karma and old patterns during this time to evolve.
Here are some signs to know that you are shifting dimensions.
Your body is changing when you are experiencing:
You becoming sensitive to chemical products with skin irritations, and/or
allergies.
You cannot tolerate synthetic foods and craving high vibrational foods.
You are experience aches, pains, colds and flu’s, blurry vision,
popping/buzzing in your ears, and unusual headaches
Your mind is expanding when you are experiencing:
You have been remembering childhood passions and outlets you once enjoyed but
have forgotten.
You are aware of the lies and deceit that is played out in politics and all over the
world.
Your soul imprint is changing when you are experiencing:
You have been seeking a quieter way of being.
You have been drawn to meditation, yoga and other healing modalities.
You have been shedding friends/colleagues/family and activities that bring down your
vibrations.
It is important to remain grounded, and mindful, during the transition from third to fifth
dimension. During this time mediate and connect with your higher self and cosmic flow
of love, guidance and healing.
Remember that you are not in this alone, many other people are going through the same
process, this is an interesting time to be alive!
