Emotional Pain in the Body

Did you know with every single thought and feeling we manifest it into our physical body in some way, shape or form? Our body releases various different chemicals based on our mood or how we have been feeling at that time. When we have an overwhelming positive mindset, attitude and outlook on life we are more likely to resolve internal problems which in turn help us to create a happy and healthy life. Although, if we are constantly thinking negatively and self- destructive thoughts, we can have internal issues and an unhealthy life. Every emotion and experience we have gets stored in the cell memory of our bodies. This is why unresolved traumas and wounds will continue to pop up in different areas of your life until you have fully healed them. If you feel a lot of tightness or pain throughout your body, listen to what your body is trying to tell you. Often times these are signs that your body is trying to heal the past and resolve painful issues we have often avoided.
