Birth is a naturally taking place in each moments of our lives, but we often get caught up in our everyday worries, thoughts and tasks that we do not even realize we are in a state of birthing whether it is a new idea, project or even ourselves... let alone a whole new life. When we consciously work with the birthing process we consciously work with the energies of God and the life around and within us... this is where support from a doula comes into play to help provide a safe space for you to birth and to keep you connected to the sacred magic that is life. During the conscious birthing experience a doula supports the maiden on a deeper journey of becoming initiated into motherhood and supports the father and family in holding a sacred container for the soon to be mother and also themselves as they to welcome in sacred life and become more.
As a doula it is my honor to support you through consciously designing your pregnancy, labor and ushering in a beautiful child of god into this world. I am by your side every step of the way to support you in releasing any fears, traumas and/or memories that may arise from your own lineage and in transitioning into motherhood.

-24 hours on call for a month before your estimated due date until birth
-Child birth education, coaching and healing for both parents and any family member involved to prepare for baby
-Reiki and meditation to help connect mom and baby throughout pregnancy

-Creating a sacred and safe space for and during labor
-Continuous support during birth and 24 hours after birth
-2 postpartum visits for the first two weeks after birth to support mama and baby through transitions, self care, mental and emotional releasing, care and support, energy medicine and helping take care of baby
