Keeping your aura, space and energy cleansed is a big part of your vital life force and in order for optimal life force energy you must make sure you are cleansing daily. ⠀

Throughout the day we are picking up energy through various means whether that is from social media, talking to a friend, going to work, running errands etc. and if we do not cleanse our energy daily that energy starts to build up in our auric field, home, car etc. ⠀

When our energy levels start to become mucky with other people’s energies we have a harder time focusing, manifesting, knowing what is ours and can even create dis-ease. ⠀
