If you grew up where you were silenced and your voice was taken away at a young age then you understand injustice, instability, feeling crazy, not feeling safe, being gaslit and questioning yourself all too well.
For most of your life you have known what was right from wrong, the power of purity and felt the energy of others, but were always told the opposite of all of this.
You could have felt you were in a prison of your own mind questioning your sanity of what you saw and knew as everyone around you gaslight and covered things up…. my love you were never crazy… you were around complete dysfunction.
When you learn to speak your truth and stand up for what is right you will be met with opposition as when you shed light on what has been going on- others will want to react, rebel, throw temper tantrums and triangulate to keep you in the dark.
You know this dark all too well… you don’t like the dark but that is where everyone has kept you all your life… your only outlet was to explore your mind and trust in a higher power… as it is in the higher power that always brings light to all.
Spirit always shows you the truth.
When you begin to speak your truth you will feel like you’re screaming and even more crazy not to mention feel like you are overreacting- especially if no one has ever listened or is committed to dysfunction.
Let it feel like you are yelling, because for the first time you are speaking up… your voice may waver, but that is okay… keep going.
You are speaking up for all the injustice and most of all taking back your power.
You have been silenced your whole life so in moments where you are in the dark, trust that there will always be a light to guide you back into the truth and keep you there as you fight for justice and healing.
You are not crazy… what happened did- and you get to own YOUR TRUTH AND HOW IT MADE YOU FEEL AND WHAT IS RIGHT!
Just know that as you speak your truth that does not always that mean other people will change, but it does mean you will… so take back your power and let your voice be heard.
You have a story and the world wants to hear it.
You are someone’s medicine… always!
