Learn to applaud yourself and give yourself credit where it is due.

May feel shame in seeing the details in everything and seeing the negative side or even the truth that others are not wanting to see.
There is shame in trying to always find perfectionism, constantly abandoning what is not perfect through purging the old.
Learn that it is okay to see truth and imbalance in life.
It is okay to bring truth to the table as you can see the purity in all.

There is dependency and a need to have approval from others in what you do.
There can be extreme behavior in order to feel good about yourself or to get approval /relationships attention.
Learn to find balance in yourself and give yourself what you crave from others.
Deep shame around your need for intimacy, closeness and deeper connection with those you love.
Can get attached easily and get caught up in fantasy worlds easily.
Over indulging in sex or degus need attention or deeper connection.
Learn to give yourself deeper and find balance in your shadows.
Can feel guilt and shame for wanting to be free, in questioning everything and for needing to have different ways of expressing your beliefs and creativity.
Learn to freely express your curiosity and let others do the same as you may learn something new from them.
Find new outlets for your creativity and beliefs.
Shame in the need to want to be successful and excel in your career etc.
May feel judged for always wanting more in status, material and money.
May feel hard to connect with others who do not share the ambition to succeed.
Learnto find communities who are striving for the success you desire.
It is okay to be successful and want more in all areas of your life.
Shame on wanting to be a part of the crowd but standing out and being different.
May not feel like you belong anywhere and always feel you are rejected and misunderstood.
Feel you need to hide, shrink down or not be around others because they do not fully connect with you.
Learn to walk to your own drum and lead in your own unique ways others will follow soon.
May feel shame for benign needy wishy washy or for not connecting with others.
Extreme yourself in your needs or give them to yourself.
Feelings or needing to be in the fantasy world running away or always searching for something more when you feel fear or lost.
Give yourself permission to enjoy where you are and create from this place.
Give yourself what you need and find balance.
