We can often get upset with how our life was growing up and how it has impacted us emotionally, mentally, physically spiritually etc. and how we are still “paying” the price for it in our current life.

The truth is… you choose this hand to play… so you could step into your power, truth and purpose.

If you didn’t go through everything you went through you would never have any reason to become better, to do better or to have more. ⠀

We come here with specific lessons we must learn in this lifetime so that we can evolve as a soul.⠀

There are no shortcuts on the journey to your purpose.⠀

Everything you have ever gone through has built you up to who you are today.⠀

You must take everything you have gone through in your life and alchemize it in each moment to become a better version of yourself- that takes a lot of work, determination and focus but you can do it! ⠀

We are moving through retrograde season and eclipse season quite intensely and we are all feeling it. ⠀

What you are feeling is the pressure to step into something bigger within yourself/life and the terrifying fear of becoming your own greatness! ⠀

Oftentimes we get comfortable in where we are because it does not require more work of us and so we get locked into a specific frequency of being.

Eclipse season is here to shift you out of being comfortable and push you to higher levels of consciousness and work so that you can truly step into all that you say you want.

We can say we want xyz but in all reality, are you holding space for it? Are you taking the action steps to create it? Are you walking your talk? This is where the universe is making sure your actions align with your “future version of self”.

There are many layers being removed, tensions are high and energy is thick but this is where we get to master our minds and energy.

Yes you may be tired but ask yourself why are you really tired?

Oftentimes we are tired because of the areas of our lives that we are avoiding and filling up with distractions we place around us from numbing out through sex, drugs, social activities that are not aligned not being around people who are like minded etc. 

This is a time where we get to go inside and see what is keeping us from our dreams. 

It could be as simple as not doing what you say you are going to do. 

Everything is a choice to go higher. 

Life is a frequency game. 

You can cheat a frequency for a while but can you maintain that frequency when you get there? 

When we take the shortcuts to our desires we cheat ourselves of the lessons to get there but also of how to maintain that frequency. 

As we go higher we are learning more about energy and how each choice we choose has a vibrational frequency and how to move through it. 

Since the Full Moon we have moved through a space of chaos and destruction, as space of shedding and a space of learning what is important to us. 

The destruction had to happen so that you could see what you were building and what you want to build in its place. 

The universe knows you want more and is helping you to get clear on what that looks like through vision and actions. 

As we move into the New Moon we will move into integration and rebuilding.
